Richard's extensive real estate experience spans over 30 years of commercial and industrial sales, acquisition, divestment, development, construction and finance. His ability to drive deals and manage complex transactions have cemented his exemplary reputation in the commercial property sector.

Richard joined Next Commercial in 2021 following his recent role as Chief Executive Officer of Central Real, a fully integrated development and construction company, plus Chief Operations Officer of its finance arm - Central Real Captial. Prior to this, Richard established and managed a highly successful Raine & Horne Commercial property franchise.
